You might be wondering why I put the “supreme court” in small letters and in quotes. Read on, and it will become abundantly clear. Whether you are Republican, Democrat, or Independent . . . if you are an American, you should be VERY concerned. OG’s Truth.
First, some definitions.
“WOKE”
First used in the 1940’s, “Woke” as a political term at one time symbolized perceived awareness of social issues and movement. Today it has turned into a slang term for the left wing “do it my way or take the highway”. It legitimizes a liberal political “hate” approach for anyone that has a problem with the left wing agenda. If you are either conservative or actually have the audacity to believe in the U.S. Constitution, you are a target of the “woke” political left. The individual freedoms our forefathers guaranteed and fought for in the American Revolutionary War are also a target.
“STANDING” (as it relates to a court case)
A legal term used in connection with lawsuits and a requirement of Article III of the United States Constitution . . . if the party in the lawsuit cannot show harm, the party does not have standing and is not the right party to be appearing before the court. (The “Supreme Court” ruled on Friday, December 11, 2020 that the state of Texas did not have standing with regard to the harm perpetrated upon them by other states . . . Georgia, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Michigan . . . who caused the harm by changing their rules unconstitutionally before the election). Therefore, the changed rules “diluted” their votes in Texas . . . rules that in Texas remained the same in 2020.

” . . . The judicial power shall extend to all Cases, in Law and Equity, arising under this Constitution, the Laws of the United States . . .; to controversies between two or more states; between a State and Citizens of another State, between Citizens of different States . . . and those in which a State shall be Party, the supreme Court shall have original jurisdiction.” (the italics and bold are mine).
So, basically YOUR “supreme court”, the People’s Court, refused to hear the case submitted by the state of Texas against other states, and the citizens of other states. It has CLEARLY abdicated its duty under Article III, Section 2 of the U.S. Constitution. A reminder here–every judge and justice (including and especially a supreme court justice) takes a solemn OATH to defend the U.S. Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic. So much for defending the Constitution.
So the only question that remains is WHY?
The answer is FEAR and COWARDICE. So why are the justices of the “supreme court” afraid? Well, I will answer that with a question: why are YOU afraid to speak up in this “woke”, left-wing society we have in this country today?? It’s the same reason. Sorry, but as I’ve said in other blogs, “If the shoe fits . . . wear it”. This court wants to pompously sit quietly by and forget its duty, hoping that WE will forget its duty as well. The justices don’t want to take it from the “woke” leftists, just like YOU don’t want to take it from the “woke” leftists. It’s easier to comply and appease the hatred for you and our Constitution. Or is it? Short term thinking . . .
It is unequivocally clear that the State of Texas, and its citizens, have “standing”. It is unequivocally clear that not only do they have “standing”, but that the U.S. Constitution requires that the “supreme court” has original jurisdiction (meaning they are the first and ONLY court that can hear the case, and they MUST hear it by law).
All Americans need to be concerned about election integrity. Now we also need to be concerned about supreme court justice integrity. Both are fundamental to our democracy and our Republic . . . and its survival. This case, no matter how it is ruled upon, needs to be heard. There were instances of election fraud that affect all Americans, now and in the future. Apparently the U.S Constitution is dead to our “justices”.
That’s in small letters and in quotes, just like “supreme court”. The words “justice” and “supreme court” are both very small these days . . . but still important to the Americans who are still patriots.
